Residents will notice that this proposed plan includes an area of 0.6 acres allocated for a future disposal.
The current proposals represent a suitably sized store and car park for the catchment of Shaftesbury and consequently there is some additional land (0.6 acres) that we are not proposing to develop for our own use. We feel the most sensible course of action is to dispose of the land at a time where the outcome of our own planning application is known. This will give us the flexibility to make alterations to our proposals if required during the course of the planning application. The would also provide certainty to any future occupier over the design of the new access and adjacent development.
